Can I return a gown?
Yes. You will have 7 days after receipt of the item to return it.
The gown must be returned unworn, unaltered, and undamaged with original tags still attached.
We will inspect the item upon its return to ensure it is is free of any damage or soiling and that original tags are still attached.
Should the gown be found to have been returned in a damaged or soiled condition (for example, stains, pet hair, less than pleasant odors, etc.) we will deduct cleaning/repair costs from your refund amount.
Is there a fee for returning ready to wear gowns?
Returned ready to wear gowns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Special Order Returns
What gowns are considered special order?
If we do not physically have a dress in our ready to wear inventory, it is considered a special order.
Can I cancel special orders?
When purchasing a special order gown, you will be notified via a confirmation email regarding order details and shipping. At this time you will be given 24 hours to contact us to cancel your order.
All special order wedding gown orders cancelled within 24 hours will be given a full refund.
What if I want to cancel my special order after 24 hours?
Cancellations made on special order items after 24 hours of ordering or after 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation and estimated shipping date email will incur a mandatory 50% restocking fee. This restocking fee applies to the total purchase and shipping price of the item.
What if I want to make special changes to the gown?
If you want to change anything about your order you must do so within 24 hours. After this 24 hour period we cannot change the size, color, or style of your purchase without requiring a fee.
What if I requested special changes but now I want to cancel my order?
If it has been more than 24 hours and you have chosen to make special changes to the gown (such as length change, neckline changes, custom cut, or pattern changes, etc.) your dress will not be returnable.
Return Shipping Process
The customer will be responsible for return shipping. Please contact us and provide your return tracking number once you ship your item.
How long will my refund take?
Your card will be refunded upon return receipt and satisfactory inspection of your item(s). You will be reimbursed for the full remaining amount less the applicable return fees.
Please allow up to 21 business days for all inspection and refund processing to occur. Individual processing time for payment processors may vary.
